Refund policy

We hope that all of our customers enjoy their PUTT-A-BOUT products. However, in the case of an issue, please reach out first to our customer service team at orders@putt-a-bout.com, and we will attempt to help rectify the situation.

Returns may only be requested within 14 days of receipt of item(s).

General Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number from your original invoice.

General Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customized/Personalized Products are not eligible for returns

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@putt-a-bout.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged / Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (orders@putt-a-bout.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method (minus restocking fee, if applicable). Refunds can take 5-7 business days to post to your original payment method.
